1. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Life happens! I completely understand that sometimes things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please follow these guidelines:

• 48 Hour Notice: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• Late Cancellations or No-Shows: If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or fail to attend your session, you will be charged the full session fee.

• Emergency Exceptions: I recognize that emergencies happen, and I’m happy to accommodate on a case-by-case basis when necessary.
   

2. Payment Terms

To ensure smooth scheduling and session management, please review the payment terms below:

• Payment Methods: Payments for sessions must be made in advance via Square app.

• Refund Policy: Sessions are non-refundable once booked. However, you may reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Package Pricing: If you’ve purchased a package, payment is due upfront. If any sessions are missed without cancellation, those sessions will be forfeited.
   

3. Expectations & Code of Conduct

Our time together is a partnership. Please read the following to ensure our sessions are as productive and supportive as possible:

• Respect & Confidentiality: Our sessions will be conducted in a respectful, safe, and confidential environment. Anything shared in session will remain private, except in cases where I am legally required to disclose information.

• Client Engagement: I encourage you to come ready to engage and participate fully in your growth journey. Your progress depends on your commitment and willingness to take action.

• Boundaries: We will always maintain a professional and ethical relationship. I am here to guide, support, and challenge you in your personal development, but any inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

While I strive to offer the best guidance, coaching, and instruction, please note the following:

• No Guarantees: Every person’s experience is unique. I cannot guarantee specific results, outcomes, or transformations.

• Self-Responsibility: You are fully responsible for the actions you take based on our work together.
